We are seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters specializing in iGaming to join our global network of talent acquisition partners. • Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including marketing, and non-technical positions in Asia region.
• Use a variety of tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent.
• Work closely with recruiters 
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment
• Proven track record of successful placements of Korean and Japanese candidates
•  Excellent communication skills in English
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
•  Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
•  Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
•  Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
