Job purpose
The Residential Security Team has a significant impact on how clients assess Control Risks’ capabilities. The team member is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of presentation and capability for the client. The team member ensures that he/she meet all operational and training standards, and that they are always fully compliant with Control Risks’ standard operating procedures (SOPS).
Tasks and responsibilities
Demonstrates competence in Control Risks’ policies, SOPs and personal skills
Displays etiquette, disciplines and maintains standards in all area
Remains informed about the threats and key issues in Ukraine
Conducts dynamic security assessments of situations within the building
Maintains advanced first aid skills
Uses handheld communications systems
Maintains competence in all required skills through regular formal training
Operational responsibilities
Knowledge of evacuation procedures
Review of safe havens
Monitors the movement of diplomats
Provided feedback to the duty manager
Provides emergency medical attention if required
Responds effectively to adverse and/or unseen incidents
Driving may be required for an evacuation
Train escorts – deploying to Chelm, Poland
Requirements
Essential
Completion of Control Risks Ukraine induction
Fit and active to work in a challenging environment
Available to deploy within 2 weeks of hire
Preferred
Previous military or police experience
Previous experience working in a private security company in a challenging environment
Full Ukrainian driving license. ‘C’ License preferred
Must be able to speak English at a basic level
