We’re seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our Client’s technical team – a Dutch healthtech company revolutionizing the way laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare providers monitor temperature-sensitive biological and medical products during storage and transport.

Their core product is a mobile-first platform designed for drivers and laboratory personnel, complemented by a powerful web-based dashboard for operational teams. The solution features barcode scanning, offline functionality, real-time tracking, and seamless data synchronization across clients, providing a modern alternative to outdated paper-based processes.

This is a critical role requiring a proactive, autonomous developer who can deliver stable, fast, and intuitive solutions for complex workflows in a lean, startup-like environment. 

Experience / Skills required: 

Must have: 

4+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile app development Strong proficiency with REST APIs and integrating backend services  Hands-on experience with barcode scanners, offline-first apps, feature toggles, and CI/CD pipelines  Familiarity with Git for version control Strong communicator with a proactive and autonomous approach  Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Good to have: 

Experience with Firebase, Bluetooth integration, or Android/iOS-specific capabilities (Swift, Kotlin/Java basics) 

Responsibilities: 

Own and enhance the barcode scanning module and other key functionalities Develop and maintain offline-ready mobile workflows to ensure reliability in low-connectivity environments Implement feature-flag driven UI for dynamic customer configurations Collaborate closely with backend developers and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery Contribute to architecture decisions to improve app performance and scalability
