We’re looking for a creative and persistent Embedded Software Engineer to help us grow our internal expertise in AUTOSAR and develop innovative internal projects in the automotive domain. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, long-term mindset, and a passion for embedded systems and modern software engineering.
What you’ll do:
Design and implement embedded solutions in C/C++ for automotive and robotics applications Contribute to internal R&D projects focused on AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive) Participate in a structured AUTOSAR Classic training program (Vector tools) Engage in model-based development (Simulink, MATLAB) where applicable Support innovation across cross-domain areas such as robotics and healthcare IT Collaborate with hardware and electronics engineers on system-level design Join company delegations to conferences and tech exhibitionsRequired qualifications:
Technical degree (Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field) 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: automotive, robotics, healthcare IT Strong programming skills in C/C++ Experience with Python (1+ year) Hands-on experience with microcontroller programming (STM32, NXP, or similar) Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture Familiarity with networking and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) Good understanding of software testing concepts and validation processes Good English communication skills (written and spoken) A communicative, curious mindset and desire to grow inside the companyNice to have:
