Working alongside our Product, Publishing, Marketing and Internet teams, you will consistently develop quality on-brand content, across a diverse range of customer segments.
Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with products and services, Marketing and Internet teams to ensure tone of voice of each brand is unique and relevant to the audience Create compelling, original web content for landing pages, banners and emails in the brand voice (approachable, engaging, clear, contextual, customer-centered, action-oriented) Incorporate best-practice SEO techniques into all copy created Work with marketing team to edit and refine product descriptions, with a dual-focus on a customer-oriented and SEO outcome Collaborate with Internet Design team to integrate copy into designs Develop operational and transactional copy for the website, as needed Requirements 2 + years of experience in creative copywriting in a professional capacity OR copy creation in a marketing and communications role that could translate to online Excellent reading and written language skills (English) Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Ability to effectively foster cross-functional relationships across teams (e.g. Marketing, Merchandising, Internet) Excellent organisational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or English preferred Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of deliverables and outcomes
