 What you will be doing as Senior Finance Analyst:

Oversee the P&L (both financial and commercial) and BS of the Grains business segment and ensure consistency in reporting across the organization.

Collaborate with commercial leaders to analyze financial performance, assess business drivers, and provide insights for effective decision-making. Collect and present key financial and operational data related to the Grains business, ensuring actionable insights for senior management. Manage the monthly rolling forecasting process for the Grain segment, improving accuracy and reliability. Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management offering data-driven recommendations for business improvements Support the continuous enhancement of rolling forecasts and financial models to improve precision and effectiveness.

What do we expect from our future Finance Analyst?

•University degree - preferably with a major in in Economics, Finance, Auditing, Accounting

•Minium 5 year of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an international company

•Data analytics skills – proficiency in big data analysis

•Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

•English skills - minimum upper intermediate level

•Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to stakeholders

•Professional user of MS Office

Nice to have:

•Knowledge of SAP and OneStream

•Other accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA)
