Your expertise:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in dynamic, fast-paced environments
At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Project Manager
Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, ideally with 3+ years working in Kanban environments
Strong understanding of Agile principles, delivery cycles, and team collaboration
Demonstrated experience with web technologies and web-based product development
Familiarity with mobile development processes (iOS / Android), including platform constraints, app release cycles, and UX considerations
Deep understanding of requirements gathering, prioritization, and cross-team alignment
Proficiency in system integration concepts (e.g., WebServices, SOA)
Skilled in business modeling techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN)
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to balance competing priorities and drive alignment between technical capabilities and business goals
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to own outcomes, resolve conflicts, and facilitate clear, collaborative decision-making
Experience simplifying complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
Expertise in crafting clear documentation for development, QA, and stakeholder alignment
Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization within the product lifecycle
Will definitely be a plus:
Background in project management or certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP)
Understanding of basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, SQL
Deeper hands-on experience with mobile product delivery, mobile UX, or coordination with mobile dev teams
Familiarity with tools like Visio, Draw.io, Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet
Prior experience in QA, development, or customer-facing technical roles

You will be involved into:
Acting as a key member of the Thunderbolt Development Team, owning product delivery and aligning with the team’s long-term vision
Partnering with stakeholders to identify communication challenges, refine user needs, and discover business opportunities
Leading and managing the product backlog according to Kanban principles
Facilitating agile ceremonies and syncing with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product releases
Working closely with engineers to translate strategic goals into tangible outcomes
Continuously iterating on processes and delivery methods, based on team and stakeholder feedback
Taking ownership of delivery scope and maintaining clear, proactive communication
