MEGAPOLIS+ — найбільший рекламний холдинг України в зовнішній рекламі. Ми відомі не тільки крутими білбордами та рекламними кампаніями на транспорті, але й надсучасними 3D-роликами на найбільших екранах міста.  Зараз ми шукаємо New Business Manager в нашу креативну агенцію, щоб масштабувати напрям ambient-проєктів і нестандартної реклами. Що ти робитимеш: Комерційна стратегія Побудувати sales-воронку для креативних ambient-проєктів (3D/VFX-борди,  інсталяції, проекції) Узгодити з sales-департаментом пакет пропозицій та rule-of-thumb калькуляції Лідогенерація й нетворк Залучати C-level та brand-маркетинг клієнтів до діалогу, пітчингу, брифінгу Продаж “концепт + виробництво” Вести consultative selling: від проблематики бренду до креативної ідеї й кошторису Спільно з креаторами формувати pitch-доки, mood-відео Управління циклом угоди Forecast & pipeline у CRM Ведення переговорів, контроль маржі, hand-over до проєктних менеджерів Інсайти та R&D Моніторити нові формати DOOH/AR/VR, оцінювати їхню технічну та комерційну життєздатність Фідбек проєктній команді: які 3D-сцени/лоукост-інсталяції «зайшли» ринку Кого ми шукаємо: Маєш 4+ роки досвіду у B2B-продажах креативних/медійних проєктів або спецформатів (досвід в ATL / BTL буде додатковим плюсом) Вмієш пітчити складні продукти — нестандартні кейси, VFX, ambient OOH, ROI-калькуляції Розумієшся на 3D-анімації, LED, projection mapping або хочеш розібратись Орієнтуєшся в NDA, контрактах, ліцензіях на контент Любиш драйв, креатив, нетипові задачі й хочеш реалізовувати щось вау Буде плюсом, якщо ти раніше працював/ла як продюсер або РМ в креативі, але це не обов’язково — головне інтерес до теми та комерційна жилка. Що ми пропонуємо: Конкурентну зарплату та можливості для кар'єрного розвитку             Гібридний формат роботи: можеш працювати як з дому, так і з нашого офісу в Києві Роботу з крутими брендами                                                                                    Дружню атмосферу в команді, де всі люблять меми та цінують креатив Оплачувану відпустку, щоб ти міг/могла перезавантажитись Зацікавила вакансія?
