Responsibilities / Tasks
Planning and coordination of a Field Service Engineers team;
Proactive service and spare parts sales to end-customers;
Developing good long-term relations with customers;
Preparation of proposals, service contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents;
Administration of warranty claims;
To ensure that all Field Service Engineers are properly equipped with working tools, technical documentation, and labor safety equipment;
To ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to on site as per the GEA & QHSE and local law requirements;
To develop effective cooperation with sales department.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Technical/Engineering University degree;
2 year experience in service of industrial equipment;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, like manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings, etc.;
Advanced computer user, strong knowledge of MS Office;
Good time management and organizational skills;
Excellent attention to details;
Good communication and influencing skills;
Good multitasking skills;
Driver’s license, category B;
English language – B1, B2 level;
Readiness to travel within Ukraine.
