Role Overview We’re looking for a Partnership Manager who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to take full ownership of partner relationships, drive initiatives forward, and unlock new growth opportunities.
You don’t need decades of experience — what matters most is your ability to take initiative, build relationships, and push things to the next level.
Key Responsibilities Drive and Expand Strategic Partnerships: Act as the main point of contact for our existing partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks), ensuring alignment on joint goals, certifications, and incentives.
Own the Partnership Pipeline: Facilitate partner-originated leads, support co-selling motions, and track opportunity lifecycle with internal stakeholders.
Develop New Opportunities: Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with our service offerings and strategic direction.
Enablement & Program Management: Keep us on track with partner programs, technical enablement, and incentive/funding utilization (e.g., POC credits, MAP, co-marketing).
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership to bring joint initiatives to life and ensure internal readiness.
Take Initiative: Spot gaps, propose solutions, and lead improvements in how we manage and scale our partner ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in partner management, business development, or related roles in tech or consulting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with minimal supervision.
Ability to grasp technical concepts and align them with business goals.
Nice to haves Exposure to cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
Familiarity with partner portals, co-sell tools, and partner incentive programs.
Experience working at or with a software consulting or engineering firm.
