🎯What we expect from you:
💡 Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience working withCreatio (bpm’ online) CRM solutions. Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Creatio projects for clients. Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and CRM customization.💻Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Creatioplatform configuration, customization, and development. Experience with Creatiointegration tools and techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, API integration). Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes.💭Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client challenges. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.🎓Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred. Creatio certification(s) would be an advantage. Your future role Client Engagement: collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Provide recommendations and best practices for optimizing their use of Creatio CRM solutions. Solution Design: design and architect customized Creatio solutions to meet client-specific needs, including workflow automation,data integration, and user interface customization. Implementation: lead the implementation of Creatio CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Training and Support: provide training and ongoing support for clients to ensure they maximize the value of their Creatio CRM investment. Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation. Project Management: manage projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk redaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Innovation: stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Creatio and CRM technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve client solutions and processes.
