We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team and focus on analyzing internal projects to optimize costs and improve revenue generation. Working closely with the finance team, providing actionable insights through data analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze PnL reports, identifying key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Develop predictive models to forecast revenue and monitor performance against established benchmarks.
• Collaborate with finance professionals to enhance financial processes and drive decision-making.
• Regularly evaluate internal projects, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, including PnL assessment, cost optimization, and revenue forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Ukrainian.

Nice to Have:

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
