More experienced specialists additionally perform System Architect and Project Manager roles. Their experience varies in terms of duration and project portfolio. The team implements and provides support for MD 365 F&SCM and its previous versions (F&O, AX). Our clients are companies in various industries from Ukraine, Europe, and the United States.Key objectives, tasksKey objectives, tasks Team management: Composing project teams, involving specialists in tasks according to their qualifications.Managing Team workload.Managing professional development of specialists, mentoring.Participating in team recruitment – initiating and approving new vacancies, participating in interviews. Project work. Participating in projects, and in which roles, depends on your interests, skills, ambitions – Project Manager, System Architect, Senior Consultant. Continuous personal professional development, system learning, Microsoft certification. Participating in pre-sale meetings, approving commercial offers. Participating in webinars and other marketing activities.RequirementsProfessional qualifications:Experience in managing a team as a Senior Consultant, Team Lead or Project Manager.Experience in teaching professional skills and mentoring less experienced specialists.Experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM or previous versions (F&O/FO, AX). Understanding the stages of ERP system implementation project.Experience in conducting demonstrations and presentations.Language skills: fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.Nice to have: project management experience or desire to develop in this direction (PM).Soft SkillsSystematic, focus on results and high quality of work.Openness, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team.Ability to motivate, inspire the team to interact professionally and realize their potential.We offerWe offerSelf-realization and career growth.
