Your mission:

• In close cooperation with management, sales and IT, you will shape a well thought-out product vision and strategy to significantly advance the positioning and sustainable growth of our EMSY software family.
• As the central point of contact between software development and internal departments, you will ensure efficient communication and smooth collaboration.
• You will focus on the further development of our product vision by creating solutions that offer our customers real added value.
• You will gain an understanding of our customers' needs in order to develop innovative and value-adding software solutions.
• By analyzing the market and the competitive landscape in collaboration with our marketing and technology departments, you identify opportunities and use them in a targeted manner to position our product in the best possible way.

Your profile:

• Experience in product management, ideally in the field of software, connectivity, IoT or a comparable industrial environment
• Ability to break down long-term visions and strategies into concrete milestones without losing sight of the big picture
• Strong communication skills in order to optimally network the areas of sales, technology and service in particular and to inspire them for common goals, as well as experience in working with international, interdisciplinary teams.
• Passion and determination to turn innovative customer visions into successful solutions and ensure the best possible value creation
• Confident with MS Office, and experience with ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of programming (ideally C#).
• Good knowledge of German and English.
