The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background and a hunger for product growth. The position is remote, but we have an office in Kyiv if you prefer to work from an office.Your responsibilities include:Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and ad networks, such Applovin, Ironsource, etc.);Regular communication with ads networks client success managers to get advice on ads networks optimisation;.Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV;Analyze results and manage marketing budgets;Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, generate a hypothesis.Qualifications:2+ years experience in user acquisition;Experience in Facebook and Google campaigns management;Experience with TikTok and Pinterest will be a plus;Proven experience of work with at least one of these ad networks: Applovin, Ironsource, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral;Focus on ROI: accurate measurement of details and appropriate actions;Ability to learn from mistakes and keep on experimenting despite the failures;English level: at least intermediate+.What we offer:Flexible working hours;Remote work;20 days of paid vacation;Unlimited paid sick leaves;Medical insurance;Corporate events and other pleasant perks.Join us!
