Quality Control Manager (m/f/d)
Position
This position is part of the Quality Management Team and is responsible for leading all Quality Control activities at the Dagmersellen factory. The incumbent ensures adherence to product specifications in all production processes to achieve the required product quality standards.
Responsibilities
As the QC Manager you will…
Ensure the conduction of quality inspections according to the quality control strategy for all production areas on finished and semi-finished products to secure excellent qualityBuild and follow control strategies, control plan and risk analysis (pFMEA) according to global requirements and Integrated Working Systems methodologiesMaintain QIMS and provide substantial data for analysis for all involved departments, analyze data to ensure process control and improvementEnsure calibration of Quality Measurement Equipment in a given frequency for Quality Equipment in the lab and on the Shop floor; identify opportunity areas regarding Material measurements and deploy measurement methods to translate Material Machinability issues into Material physical parametersAct as an internal auditor and be responsible for the coordination of all ISO related to ISO 9001 and further integrated processes activities within the factoryPlan, coordinate and execute continuous improvement projects based on departmental improvement and Site Loss Analysis
Requirements
University degree in Engineering or similarProven experience in quality control in an FMCG manufacturing environment, preferably the cigarette or food industryFluency in German (min. C1)Strong project management skills, leadership skills are an advantageOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsEnthusiasm and independent way of working
