Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Membership Executive to oversee and manage our members’ day-to-day interactions on the Circle platform. This role is essential for driving our membership business forward through strategic engagement, community building, and personalized member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing membership platforms, fostering member retention, and utilizing analytics to enhance overall member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement & Retention:

•  - Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
•  - Conduct regular check-ins and manage omniboard communications to ensure members feel valued and supported.
•  - Respond promptly to member queries and concerns to provide exceptional service.

Community Building:

•  - Foster a vibrant community atmosphere by organizing events, discussions, and activities that encourage member participation.
•  - Collaborate with members to gather feedback and suggestions for community improvements.

Workflow Management:

•  - Ensure smooth processes for members from onboarding through ongoing engagement, including automated workflows.
•  - Audit and review member experiences to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Analytics & Strategy:

•  - Prepare monthly membership analytics reports, assessing performance against targets and identifying trends.
•  - Develop strategic plans based on data insights to maximize platform features and enhance member value.

Operations Oversight:

•  - Manage member services, including payment processing, upgrades, and cancellations.
•  - Oversee pitches and submissions related to member services and community initiatives.

Research & Development:

•  - Conduct research on best practices in membership management and community engagement.
•  - Stay updated on trends within the membership platform space to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience:

•  - Proven experience in managing a membership platform or community-driven organization.
•  - Familiarity with the Circle platform or similar membership management tools is highly desirable.
•  - A background in sales and marketing is preferable but not essential.

Skills:

•  - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
•  - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•  - High-level virtual assistant skills, including project management expertise.
•  - Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
