Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive After-Hours Tracking & Tracing (T&T) Representative to join our team during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing shipments, ensuring timely updates, and providing excellent customer service. This role is critical in maintaining the flow of logistics operations outside standard business hours.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.Provide real-time updates to customers, drivers, and internal teams.Communicate effectively with carriers and resolve any delays or issues.Proactively identify and address potential disruptions in delivery schedules.Maintain accurate records of shipment status and communication logs.Assist in coordinating reroutes and alternative solutions as needed.Respond promptly to inquiries and escalations regarding shipments.Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.Working conditions:Working schedule: Sat & Sun - 7:30 am - 8:30 pm ESTRemote mode of work 10+ business days of paid time offTeam building and corporate eventsEquipment providedA supportive teamRequirements:Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.Proficiency in using tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.Availability to work weekends and after-hours shifts as required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
