Reporting to: Territory Development Leader

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Promote and sell JTI products while maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts.Drive distribution levels and market share within the territory.Collaborate with Territory Development Leader and Area Sales Manager to manage trade relationships and monitor KPI achievement.Work with the Territory Consumer Lead and Modern Trade Team to execute trade programs and acquire new consumers.Achieve target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, distribution, call efficiency, and merchandising standards.

YOU ARE:

Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the FMCG environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving both individual and team objectives.Strong desire and ability to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks and willing to work hard.Pre-selling experience is an advantage.Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.Must hold a Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 123 or ABC.
