GBS Change Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to implement change management plans within JTI's Global Business Services (GBS), aligning with GBS's overarching goals. This position guides and supports GBS by ensuring that stakeholders, customers, and employees are well-informed and engaged. The GBS Change Manager will focus on developing, executing, and monitoring engagement plans, stakeholder management, communication plans, and other change interventions. The role involves taking all necessary actions to ensure these plans are successfully implemented.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Change Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role, ideally in multinational companies.Experience in working with change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred).Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement planning across all levels, including senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal English skills at a business proficiency level.Expertise in managing complex change initiatives with a strategic approach.Understanding of the GBS environment is beneficial to align change strategies with specific needs and goals.Are you ready to join us?
