As a Blade Technician you are going to be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing wind turbine blades.

Responsibilities

Perform visual and physical inspections of wind turbine blades. Conduct composite repairs on blades, including sanding, filling, and fiberglass work Use platform systems to access blades at height Collaborate with site teams and engineers to report issues and recommend solutions Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Travel to various wind farm sites as required Reporting on service activities

Qualifications

Previous technical experience Prior blade repair experience is valued Communicative knowledge of English Basic knowledge of MS Office Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to manage tasks efficiently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license 

Competencies 

Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights up to m Comfortable working at heights Safety awareness Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
