Role Overview

We are looking for a confident Russian-speaking Live Studio Presenter to join an international live studio environment. The role focuses on delivering a professional, engaging, and high-quality experience to online platform users, while following internal guidelines and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Present live studio sessions in Russian in a professional and engaging manner

• Maintain clear communication and on-camera presence

• Follow operational procedures, schedules, and quality standards

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism during live sessions

• Represent the company brand in line with internal policies

Work Schedule

• 3 rotating shifts on a monthly basis

• 5 working days with 2 days off

• Workdays may include weekends and public holidays

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian 

• Good conversational English 

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable working on camera in a studio environment

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

• No previous experience required (full training provided)

• Eligibility to work or willingness to relocate to Bucharest

Salary & Compensation

Competitive + special allowance structure

Relocation & Work Authorization

• Candidates already based in Bucharest: no relocation support

• Candidates relocating from other Romanian cities:

  • One-time relocation bonus of  €575

• Candidates without Romanian citizenship:

  • Full support for work authorization

  • Full relocation package including:

    • Shared accommodation (2-bedroom apartment)

    • Utilities covered

    • Flight ticket to Bucharest

Contract

• Permanent employment contract

• 3-month probation period
