Job Title: Associate Digital Designer

Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce and lifestyle brand group, find an Associate Digital Designer to support the execution of digital and marketing creative across Rugs Direct and Lightopia. In this role, you will produce high-quality digital assets, maintain brand consistency, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials while contributing to the overall visual identity and customer experience of the brands.

Responsibilities:

• Produce digital design assets for email campaigns, website banners, promotions, and other marketing materials, following brand guidelines.
• Prepare and format digital assets, including resizing, optimizing, and ensuring they meet platform specifications.
• Prioritize and complete time-sensitive creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the design lead, marketing, merchandising, and social teams to deliver high-quality creative on schedule.
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries to ensure assets are up-to-date and consistent across channels.
• Review and check designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic, digital, or marketing design, preferably in e-commerce, home décor, or interior design retail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with collaborative platforms such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working on macOS with the latest Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Bee or Attentive.
• Previous experience creating digital assets for social media campaigns or e-commerce promotions.
