We are currently opening an Affiliate Manager position for a fast-growing project within our portfolio. The role may be based in Belgrade (on-site) or performed remotely. The main objective of this position is to drive the development and management of affiliate partnerships as the business continues to scale.

The Affiliate Manager will manage and grow affiliate partnerships across CIS markets, focusing on SEO traffic for igaming products. This role is responsible for supporting existing partners, sourcing new affiliates, optimizing campaign performance, and helping achieve monthly traffic and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate & SEO Partner Management
  
• Manage and support existing affiliate partners to ensure ongoing performance and engagement.
  
• Identify and attract new partners, negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term relationships.
  
• Evaluate potential partners based on traffic quality, geo distribution, content relevance, conversion potential, and compliance standards
• Onboard and activate new affiliates, ensuring proper tracking setup and campaign integration.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Launch and manage campaigns with affiliates across igaming products.
• Monitor performance metrics including FTDs, conversion rates, NGR, player value, retention, and ROI.
• Continuously optimize placements, offers, funnels, and creatives to improve results.
  
• Analyze affiliate traffic and content performance, providing recommendations and implementing optimizations.
• Run A/B tests with partners to improve traffic quality and conversions.

Performance & Financial Management

• Support monthly targets for new partners and traffic (volume, quality, geo, etc.).
• Monitor partner financials, ensuring accurate settlements and reconciliations.
• Track performance trends and provide reporting on partner activity and revenue.

Market & Growth Strategy

• Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends and competitor activity in RU and CIS markets.
• Identify growth opportunities through new affiliates, traffic sources, and campaign approaches.
  
• Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize affiliate channel performance.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming.
• Knowledge of CIS GEOs and market dynamics.
  
• Experience sourcing partners and maintaining a personal database of webmasters.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to evaluate traffic performance and ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Russian.
