Site Security Manager (Static Security) — Ukraine

Rotation: 6 Weeks On / 6 Weeks Off

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Security Manager – Static Security to support ongoing operations in Ukraine.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, understands operational discipline, and can manage both people and systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage site-based static guarding operations Enforce security policies and operational procedures Oversee Electronic Security Systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, etc.) Manage Site Security Officers, including shift and leave rotations Maintain the security, integrity, and professionalism of a secure compound Ensure consistent standards across all guarding operations Act as the main operational point of contact on site

Essential Experience

Proven background in static guarding operations Strong understanding of security policy enforcement Proficiency in managing Electronic Security Systems Experience leading site security teams and managing rotations Confident communicator with solid organisational skills Ability to operate in challenging environments while maintaining high standards

Desirable

Previous experience in austere or high-risk locations Strong leadership presence with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
