ELΞMΞNTS — це преміальний бренд у сфері товарів для здоров’я та краси, що працює за моделлю DTC. Бренд фокусується на створенні високоякісних продуктів, що базуються на довірі та науковому підході, уникаючи маніпулятивних тактик продажу.

Наразі команда шукає E-commerce Designer для трансформації візуальних рішень у конкретні бізнес-результати. Основна мета ролі — володіти дизайном усієї воронки продажів, впроваджувати CRO-мислення у творчий процес та забезпечувати швидку ітерацію гіпотез без втрати преміальної естетики бренду.

Requirements:

  • Понад 3 роки досвіду в дизайні e-commerce або перформанс-маркетингу.

  • Підтверджена здатність впливати на метрики (CRO, конверсія) через дизайн.

  • Впевнене володіння інструментами дизайну та розуміння принципів юзабіліті та ієрархії.

  • Досвід роботи в ітераційних середовищах з короткими циклами зворотного зв’язку.

Will be a plus:

  • Робота з преміальними споживчими товарами (beauty, supplements).

  • Розуміння екосистеми Shopify та досвід використання аналітичних інструментів (GA4, Hotjar).
