IF YOU ARE
Experienced with 3-5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in test automationHands-on in automating native mobile applications for Android and iOSPragmatic in working within an existing automation setup or helping to establish one from scratchSkilled in Appium-based mobile automation using TypeScript, or another scripting languageProficient in using WebdriverIO (or similar client libraries) to drive AppiumKnowledgeable in automating native mobile appsPractical with a clear understanding of Android and iOS app lifecycles, permissions, system dialogs, app backgrounding/foregrounding, and device/OS variabilityMeticulous in writing, maintaining, and debugging stable mobile automation testsAnalytical in identifying and addressing common mobile automation failure patternsFamiliar with tooling, including NPM and Yarn, test runners, and configsOrganized in structuring automation code for readability and reuseCollaborative in integrating mobile automation into CI pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar toolsStrategic with a strong understanding of test design and coverage strategyDriven with a strong execution mindset, delivering incremental value consistentlyTeam-oriented in working closely with QA Leads, mobile developers, and Product ManagersAND YOU WANT TO
