As an Account Manager you’ll combine client leadership, strategy, and performance ownership:
Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
Lead client calls: check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
Clearly explain Amazon PPC strategy and results in a way clients truly understand
Guide and support PPC Managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals
Own PPC performance outcomes — wins, challenges, and next steps
Proactively solve problems and keep clients confident and informed
Maintain consistent communication across multiple touchpoints
High client satisfaction and retention
Strong, measurable Amazon PPC results
Long-term client partnerships
A motivated, high-performing PPC team
3+ year experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or a client-facing role
Solid understanding of Amazon PPC and performance metrics
Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and human
Leadership or mentoring experience (a big plus)
A problem-solver who takes ownership, not excuses
Comfortable working fully remote with async tools
