Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Modeler to support the design and coordination of advanced data center projects across the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for modeling and detailing steel and concrete structures, assisting with load calculations, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring design accuracy using advanced BIM and structural analysis tools. You will collaborate closely with MEP and architectural teams in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the full project lifecycle from schematic design through execution. Strong technical expertise, precision, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, modeling, and simulating structural systems (steel and concrete) for mission-critical facilities
- Using BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit to virtually construct structural systems and coordinate with other disciplines
- Developing and checking construction drawings and shop drawings
- Assisting engineers with load analysis, bearing structures, and schematic/detailed designs
- Performing basic structural calculations and supporting engineers with advanced analysis
- Preparing technical documentation, including design criteria, specifications, and calculation packages
- Working with MEP engineers to ensure multidisciplinary coordination
- Incorporating point cloud data for accuracy and model validation
- Supporting BIM and VDC coordination activities across the project lifecycle
- Contributing to project progress reporting and documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (civil, structural, or related field)
- Proven experience in structural modeling and engineering support for steel and concrete projects
- Written and spoken English (B1–B2 or higher)
- Hands-on experience with BIM software — Autodesk Revit is a must
- Familiarity with structural analysis and modeling tools such as RAM, RISA, STAAD, ETABS, Tekla, SDS2, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Robot (a strong plus)
- Experience working with structural drawings and detailing
- Understanding of construction methods, structural systems, and regulations
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
