Currently, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for our portfolio company, Fintech Farm.

We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks. The mission is to make banking services accessible, simple, and fun to use worldwide, with the goal of launching neobanks in 50+ markets, serving 100m+ customers. Since our foundation in 2020, we’ve launched neobanks in Azerbaijan (2021), Vietnam (2023), Kyrgyzstan (2024), and India (2025), collectively serving 2m+ customers, with more markets on the horizon!

About you:

• 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager in IT or fintech companies
• Hands-on experience with social media networks (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Practical knowledge of in-app advertising networks (e.g., Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff, Moloco, Vungle, Chartboost) is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Looker, Amplitude, Tableau) and/or MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Branch) is desirable
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or above

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across in-app and social media channels
• Manage, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
• Collaborate with creative teams on the production and testing of ad creatives
• Work with data teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
• Scale campaigns across multiple markets, with a focus on Asia
• Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation
• Be ready to thrive in a fast-paced and slightly chaotic start-up environment
