RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of technical requirements and description of business processes from the customer’s side Communication with the client regarding business process automation needs, interviewing key users Modeling and documenting business processes within the information system Supporting software development in direct collaboration with developers Professional assistance to the first line of technical support Participation in writing user instructions
