IF YOU ARE

A senior engineer with 3+ years of experience in LLM/SLM, generative or agentic AI, and deep learningDemonstrating strong expertise in building, optimizing, quantizing, and deploying AI models, in particular LLM/SLMSkilled in Python, C++, or Java with KotlinHands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), or Vision-Language Models (VLMs), with hands-on exposure to their applicationsFamiliar with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MCP, or other various agentic frameworks for AI development (, smolagents, LlamaIndex)Experienced with the ONNX framework for exporting AI models into formats that can be deployed on edge devicesGood at cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or AzureAware of modern software development company operations, including workflows, collaboration, and deployment strategiesStrong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and business communicationProficient in verbal and written English at an upper-intermediate levelKnowledgeable in LLMs and prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought or Tree-of-Thought reasoning, to enhance model performance (as an advantage)Skilled in Python backend frameworks like FastAPI, with experience in building efficient and scalable APIs (would be a plus)

Focus on translation, function calling, evaluation, data validation, and fine-tuning in a research settingDevelop innovative LLM / SLM / agentic AI solutions across a wide range of applicationsConduct experiments, evaluation, and research into LLM/SLM fine-tuning, quantization, and deployment of AI models in the cloud and on edge devicesProactively propose and implement new technologies and trends, studying and adapting based on market needs and the latest technology trendsPropose and implement the technological vision in new areas of research by prototyping and creating deep technological demosCoordinate and run presentations of work at external events, including conferences, meetups, and specialized gatheringsConsult external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends to drive innovation and strategic decision-makingSupport business development efforts: research, marketing, presentations, presales, etc.
