What You'll Do:

• Design and launch strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact;
• Partner closely with leadership to build and accelerate revenue pipeline;
• Lead integrated campaigns across channels including digital advertising, social platforms, immersive events (both virtual and physical), email marketing, and strategic agency partnerships. Champion account-focused programs where precision matters most;
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance overall marketing effectiveness;
• Collaborate with our partners in developing and executing co-marketing plans;
• Establish clear success criteria and KPIs for every initiative, with emphasis on qualified lead generation and conversion optimization;
• Track performance efficiency, extract actionable insights from campaign data, and continuously refine approach based on what the numbers reveal.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in business development or growth marketing;
• 2+ years shaping growth strategy and execution;
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Proven ability to orchestrate complex campaigns while collaborating across departments;
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize AI tools and technologies to optimize marketing processes;
• Independent operator mindset: you see problems, you solve them, without waiting for direction.
