IF YOU ARE

Having 3+ years of hands-on experience with , including component design, state management, etcKnowledgeable in JavaScript fundamentals and design patternsSkilled with Flutter and capable of developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applicationsHaving a solid understanding of SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)Demonstrating good analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and provide constructive feedbackCapable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side

AND YOU WANT TO

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high code quality, reusability, and performanceBuild and support cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, collaborating closely with the mobile and backend teamsApply strong JavaScript fundamentals and design patterns to deliver scalable and maintainable solutionsParticipate actively in all stages of the SDLC, including planning, estimation, implementation, testing, and deploymentContribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesAnalyze business and technical requirements, propose optimal solutions, and identify potential risks or improvements
