These are value-driven modules and tools designed to solve a wide range of IT management challenges—whether related to networks, servers, applications, storage, virtualization, cloud, or development operations. The company’s headquarters is located in Austin, Texas.

The core of the product involves building and maintaining highly scalable software solutions for Unified Network Observability across complex enterprise infrastructures.

The focus is on developing tools that provide administrators with full visibility and control over network endpoints, including the immediate identification and localization of all devices and users (both wired and wireless), automated switch port mapping, connection history tracking, and enforcement of essential security controls.

Additionally, we engineer systems to guarantee the stability and performance of critical communication services. This includes working with real-time data to analyze advanced network metrics, specifically focusing on VoIP quality indicators such as jitter, latency, and packet loss.

We also utilize service assurance technologies for proactive testing and develop sophisticated reporting tools to enable rapid diagnosis of Quality of Service (QoS) issues across the network.
