We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead to join our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend solutions.
You will play a key role in defining technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the engineering team.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services in Python Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and standards Drive architectural decisions and help shape the technical roadmap Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
IF YOU ARE: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead 5+ years of professional experience with Python and related frameworks Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices Experience with AWS services Excellent communication and leadership skills Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with Apache Airflow (ETL pipelines, orchestration) Experience with Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
