General objective:
The Program Deputy Field Coordinator (P-DFC) is in charge of designing the local programmatic strategy, and promote the integration of SI core sectors, innovative approaches, and key partnerships for greater efficiency. She/he also supports the Field Coordinator (FC) as SI's external representative to all program-related stakeholders (local authorities and technical entities), local NGOs and CSOs, international operators. She/he will be in charge of keeping an updated and relevant partners' mapping be the and willl be local focal point for partnerships and for the roll out of the parnership strategy, including the close monitoring of the activites and budget transferred to partners.
She/he will initiate the future project proposals using the outcomes of the continuous local needs analysis and will carry out quality checking of reporting data, both for internal and external reports.

Education / academic background:
Degree in the areas of international studies/development/dumanitarian studies More than 3 years of experience in the humanitarian sector More than 2 years of experience on a similar positionSpecific skills and experience:

Proposal and strategy writing and implementation, project management experience, needs analysis Basic knowledge of at least one of SI sectors (WASH, Shelter) MEAL knowledge/experienceTransversal skills

a A salaried position:According to experience, starting from EUR gross per month ( base salary + 10% annual leave allowance paid monthly) and a monthly Per Diem of USD .
SI also covers accommodation costs and travel expenses between the expatriate's country of origin and the place of assignment.
Breaks: During the assignment, a system of alternation between work and time off is implemented at the rate of 7 working days every three months (with a USD break allowance, allocated by Sl). To these breaks periods, SI grants one additional rest day per month worked.
Insurance package: Expatriates benefit from an insurance package which refunds all healthcare expenses (including medical and surgical expenses, dental care and ophthalmological expenses, repatriation) and a welfare system including war risks. Essential vaccination and antimalarial treatment costs are refunded.

Accommodations in SI GH: fully equipped shared apartment in Dnipro city center. Despite the airstrike risk, SI security procedures are updated and adapted to the context. a lot of activities available for any types of profile (restaurant, bars, rivershore, gyms and sports hub, shopping center), very good quality of food available.
