Experienced working with Celigo for at least 6 years, ideally with Celigo Admin CertificationA professional with a proven implementation of Celigo custom flows involving complex logic and data transformationsAdept at engaging with Celigo Support to shepherd an issue through to resolutionA practitioner of Salesforce standard methodologies and functionalityAware of Netsuite standard methodologies and functionalitySkilled in designing, implementing new processes, facilitating user adoption and documenting complex requirementsFamiliar with data manipulation, migration, and managementKnowledgeable in translating requirements into technical solutionsAccustomed to change management and governanceA creative and analytical thinker with strong, independent, problem-solving skillsAND YOU WANT TO
Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for our Celigo system that is used to integrate several critical systemsEnsure that Salesforce and Billing Netsuite systems continue to communicate as needed in order to process live deals with our customersProvide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, and performance optimization to our business partnersTriage a variety of issues to address and resolve or escalate and shepherd issues to satisfy the needs of the businessWork with a geographically dispersed team in an Agile fashion to present a “unified front” of support and success to the users we supportLeverage the latest out-of-the-box features of Celigo and/or justify and solve for custom solutionsCollaborate across multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure that the overall solution is well designed and supportableEvaluate and streamline business processes by using systems tools and automationsTOGETHER WE WILL
