We’re looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join European-based technical team for developing an innovative automated hub for autonomous systems, designed to manage continuous 24/7 operations, including power management, real-time communication, and system coordination.

The project focuses on building robust backend logic for managing multiple autonomous units, ensuring safe operations, collision avoidance, and advanced fail-safe mechanisms. The hardware platform is well-established, and we are now scaling our software capabilities to support distributed networks and video streaming. This role offers the chance to design complex backend solutions for distributed, safety-critical, and high-performance robotics and autonomous system operations. 

Requirements: 

5+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Python and C++ Solid knowledge of distributed systems, networking, and real-time communication protocols  Proven experience implementing fail-safe and safety-critical logic in complex environments  Experience with Mavlink or similar communication protocols is a plus  Experience in swarming/coordination logic, real-time video streaming, or robotics software Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in a remote-first setup English level: Upper-Intermediate and better
