We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for our US-based client – a logistics company that provides an end-to-end express delivery infrastructure, specializing in e-commerce shipping. Utilizing underused cargo space on narrowbody aircraft like Boeing 737s for middle-mile transport, they combine air and ground services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to deliver packages across the U.S. within two business days, all at competitive ground rates. 

They’re building a team of curious, adaptable engineers who thrive on using GenAI to accelerate development, reduce boilerplate, and drive innovation across diverse projects, including native apps, frontend, backend, and our infrastructure. 

Requirements: 

5+ years in Python (Django, FastAPI) and React or Vue development Proven ability to use production tools and templates to reduce boilerplate code  Ability to discuss tradeoffs and evaluate the pros/cons of different technical approaches  Strong interest in leveraging LLMs to accelerate software development, and belief in using AI to cover the entire tech stack  Eager to explore a variety of technologies, including native/web apps, machine learning, etc., and apply LLMs where effective  Focused on delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines, without the need for micromanagement  Committed to personal time while being available for urgent production issues outside regular hours when necessary  Comfortable working independently and asynchronously across global time zones, with excellent communication skills  Upper-Intermediate English and better  Location: Brazil 

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with a global team of like-minded engineers to build and maintain high-quality software solutions  Use AI tools like Cursor to auto-generate code from requirements, focusing on refining and optimizing rather than starting from scratch  Help transition from no-code platforms to scalable solutions  Participate in async communication, daily check-ins, and effectively manage blockers to ensure smooth project progress  Focus on delivering results within agreed timelines, balancing a commitment to quality with efficiency
