We’re now looking for a Creative Motion Designer who can turn ideas into eye-catching, emotionally
engaging video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that drive real action.

 About you:

• 1+ year of experience in animated video creation and editing
• Strong skills in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, Eleven Labs
• Understanding of performance marketing video specifics (especially Meta Ads)
• Willingness to grow, experiment, and work with AI technologies
• English level: B1+
  
  Nice to have:
• Experience creating video creatives for TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms
• Interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and attention psychology
• Ability to create static graphic creatives

What will you do:

• Create animated 2D video creatives for Instagram/Facebook ads
• Edit and add voiceovers to videos
• Generate your own ideas and actively participate in creative brainstorming with the marketing team
• Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate production
