Major/Essential Functions
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy under supervision.Deliver brief, evidence-based interventions appropriate for a primary care setting (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing).Collaborate with primary care providers, consulting psychiatrists, and social service staff as part of the care team.Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation using the EHR.Participate in weekly individual and group supervision sessions.Attend didactic sessions, case conferences, and clinical rounds organized by the program.Engage in self-assessment and feedback sessions to enhance professional growth.Adhere to ethical, regulatory, and institutional guidelines for professional conduct and clinical care.Fellows must accumulate 3,000 hours of supervised experience, including 1,500 hours of direct client contact.Supervision will be provided by licensed supervisors (LPC-S or LCSW-S) in accordance with Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) regulations.Fellows are responsible for maintaining supervision logs and completing all licensure-related documentation.Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and SpanishExperience working in health care, community mental health, or school-based settings.Familiarity with the Collaborative Care Model or integrated behavioral health.Pay Statement
