At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture using Go Experience dealing with scaling highly available, globally distributed systems At least Upper-Intermediate level of English Ability to manage and measure multiple priorities Ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders Experience working with Scrum/Agile and a good understanding of how it works in real life Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans on a deliverable schedule Ability to properly define estimations and deliver on those goals A passion for development and new technologies

WOULD BE A PLUS

Experience with engineering and business concepts in the AdTech industry Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies

Work on cutting edge applications Lead development efforts, design and solve some of the advertising industry’s most complex scaling issues Be responsible for various project initiatives to improve the delivery of hundreds of billions of transactions per day Work alongside a team of engineers on an existing code base Play a key part in influencing the engineering and product direction Implement best practices for security, CI/CD, testing, and code quality Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical decision-making and innovation within the team
