We’re looking for a skilled and trustworthy developer to join a high-security product team and help shape secure integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll build and refine Outlook and Teams add-ins that deliver powerful features with a focus on performance, encryption, and seamless UX.

Experience / Skills required: 

5+ years of professional experience in software development  Proven expertise in building Microsoft Office Add-ins (Outlook and/or Teams)  Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript; .NET/C# experience is a plus  Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth flows, Azure AD app registration  Experience with secure client-side encryption and large file handling (e.g. uploads of up to 100 GB)  Familiarity with DevOps practices for packaging, deployment, and versioning of Office Add-ins  Upper-Intermediate English and excellent communication skills  Experience working in international, security-focused environments  High integrity, transparency, and no affiliation with military or intelligence agencies  Willingness to travel to the Netherlands for on-site work as required  Self-driven, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset 

Responsibilities: 

Develop and enhance Outlook and Teams add-ins that integrate security services Implement encryption flows and large secure file transfer within Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook and Teams) Work on high-compliance features: zero-trust security, locked-down devices, audit logs  Deliver fast iterations with frequent feedback and demo-ready builds  Collaborate with team’s core developers  Deliver fast iterations with frequent feedback and demo-ready builds  Ensure quality, performance, and security of all deployed solutions
