Experienced with 2+ years in a global or IT company within the learning and development or HR directionEducated with a bachelor’s degree in Organization Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related fieldSkilled in designing and developing adult learning solutions from needs analysis through delivery and measurementFamiliar with learning management systems and proficient in navigating common digital platforms, tools, and browsersOrganized in planning, sequencing, and prioritizing multiple projects while meeting deadlinesCollaborative and great at building effective partnerships and maintaining stakeholder engagementCommitted to continuous professional growthProficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higherAND YOU WANT TO
Design and develop high-quality learning solutions that maximize learning and behavioral outcomes for employees across different roles, functions, and seniority levelsAssure the same excellent level of learning experiences via a diversity of formats, technologies, and tools for all learnersApply instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning experiences from scenario development and storyboarding to scriptwriting across multiple formats such as e-learning, workshops, and videosAnalyze data from various sources like LMS, performance reviews, PDPs, and learning requests to identify learning needsMonitor and update learning portfolios based on relevance, feedback, and outcome indicatorsAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and collaborate with SMEs, project sponsors, and global L&D peers to co-create and maintain solutionsContribute to organizational development by providing professional and future-ready learning solutionsProactively seek innovation and drive improvements in learning design and deliveryTOGETHER WE WILL
