• Provide support and maintain communication with a dedicated group of clients, primarily via Telegram (handling incoming requests and making targeted outbound calls to establish contact);
• Inform clients about personal offers, bonuses, and quests;
• Add players to relevant bonus campaigns based on their activity levels;
• Manually process deposit transfers and provide consultations on all site-related inquiries;
• Analyze complaints, gather and process feedback, monitor user activity, and identify solutions to improve the customer experience;
• Conduct profile analysis and select personalized promotions tailored to each client.

• Language: Ukrainian native, knowledge of English will be a plus;
• Good written communication skills;
• Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results;
• Excellent basic computer skills.
