The Job

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our growing business. This remote position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance with both U.S. and Ukrainian financial regulations. There is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and categorize daily financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Administer Ukrainian PE (Private Entrepreneur) operations, including:
• Filing tax returns
• Registration and liquidation processes
• Managing tax payments and compliance
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external accountants

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.
• You have working knowledge of Private Entrepreneur (Ukraine)
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
