Together, let’s carve a path to prosperity!Responsibilities:Effective team leadership and help the logistics team (10 people) to motivate, direct, and advise in daily tasks and issuesEnsure team members have the necessary trainings to perform their jobs — Monitor and adjust the workload distribution within the team when necessary to ensure maximum operational effectivenessPromote collaboration and remove obstacles to teamworkUtilize existing metrics and propose changes or new ones to ensure proper control of the logistics activityRecord keepingParticipate in staff training and evaluation to ensure a high level of customer serviceEffectively communicate with team members and management to resolve customer issues and answer questionsKeep abreast of market conditionsAchieve business results for key performance indicators and other organizational objectivesManage all communications in compliance with business policies — Identify, monitor, and resolve customer complaints (involve other department’s team leaders if needed)Organize and supervise team activitiesIdentify process improvement opportunities within the area of responsibilityBe available after hours or on weekends to provide operational support and guidance to the team (be the first point of contact for your team)Provide daily staffing, rotation and scheduling direction and decisions, including coverage for breaks, lunchesIdentify issues or gaps and implement structured solutionsRequirements:Good communication level English MUST HAVEMust be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legiblyExcellent customer service orientation; an effective problem solver and communicator with customers and team membersAble to perform data analysis and generate various reports as neededStrong interpersonal & Team building skillsProject Management and audit experience will be seen as an advantageYou are flexible, hardworking and work well under pressureMinimum of 1-2 years supervisory / leadership experience preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in ExpediteMust have demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skillsConfident level of using Excel Sheets for running reportsMust be able to shift priorities as requiredPrepare routine reports and correspondenceDemonstrate yourself as an example to the team of hardworking and top resultsOPPORTUNITIES:Competitive salary based on the USD exchange rate (salary is paid 2 times a month: advance and main part)Rapid career growth with high-quality work performance.Corporate events.Great motivation system for good results.Accounting support.PS: To be a good supply chain leader, you have to be able to span boundaries.
