Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionFinancial planning, data analysis and management reportingLead specialized CMS deals for the regions that require broad coordination efforts across multiple countries or functional areas. e.g. Commercial Only deals, VGS tech enabler deals, etc.Deal workflow management: Lead deal prioritization at structuring stage, support deal modelling where needed, oversee the GIG preparation process, and ensure adherence to requirements during deal approval process.Maintain a deal calendar and conduct weekly sprints to monitor deal progress.Promote early alignment and cross-functional collaboration to prevent multiple revisions and provide a one window service for final approvers.Ensure all parties adhere to checklists, deal structures align with client and Visa requirements, deal clauses are comprehensive, and overall structure is efficientPrepare internal presentations and documents to support the deal approval processServe as the Center of Excellence for deal best practices and process flow, educating team members and driving efficienciesPrepare regular management reports and presentation documents as requiredCollaborate closely with Finance, specialized sellers, and account executives to build financial models for client incentive deals and facilitate internal approvals at all levelsResponsibilities also include providing historic data for deal initiation sheet creation, updating respective deal trackers, advising account executive and specialized CMS sellers, conducting first level review of deal model output with account owner, specialized sellers, & supporting CMS Sales Leads in preparing client proposals and reviewing contract.Provide in-depth analysis for timely decision making. Analysis would include Revenue Calculations and Incentives tracking.Champion the internal adoption of Visa CRM tool (Dynamics), support Business Planning & Operation (BPO) Lead in driving Dynamics usage by publishing data on deal pipeline in progress and pipelineThis is a hybrid position.
