As the Implementation Associate/Specialist, you will follow the approved implementation processes to successfully deploy and install Property Management System to hotel properties across Europe. You will provide remote/onsite training, system configuration and troubleshooting and will perform these implementation projects after the handover from the Manager or Senior Associate.Responsibilitis:Liaise with the hotel management team about remote/onsite activities, schedules, and trainingsPerform system issue resolution by collaborating with the support teams (internal and external) to rectify any support ticketsProvide communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task schedulingSign off on projects, providing wrap up and handover as per the project plan and task listMaintain your own development and onboarding plans, working with the Senior Associates and management team to achieve full exposure to all implementation project typesAttend all internal departmental and training calls, actively participating in information sharing through approved channelsRequirements:Superb communication skills (verbal and written)Independent work ethic and collaboration skills to work as part of a teamOrganization skills to ensure process improvement and implementation integrityTo fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following qualifications:Professional experience in Hospitality or related field Hotel experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems daily is a PLUSFrench and Dutch speaker is a must!
